Free Trade Agreement between Serbia and Turkey

This Free Trade Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of [Date], by and between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey, hereinafter referred to as “Parties.”

Article 1 – Definitions

2. The Parties shall refrain from imposing any new non-tariff measures that would have the effect of restricting trade between them.
Article 4 – Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through consultation and negotiation between the Parties.
If the dispute cannot be settled amicably within [Number] days, either Party may refer the dispute to arbitration in accordance with the procedures set forth in Annex II.
